Take charge of your mental health

Our state of overall wellness is affected by the health of our mind, body, and spirit. During April we will be discussing how to take charge of your mental health.

Last week’s newsletter, we touched on how obesity and eating disorders are not only affected by the food we eat, but other stressors in our lives as well. It can be very tempting to give into the daily trials of life and replace the importance of our health with other priorities.

When those daily trials appear, be willing to do the work it takes to invest in your health. Use this quote, “People want what they are not willing to deserve.” to serve as motivation to regain control and take charge of your mental health.
