Yogurt Marinated Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Zest of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon each of chili powder, ground ginger, cumin, and salt
- 6 (5 oz) skinless boneless chicken breasts
INSTRUCTIONS
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken breasts. Pour 2/3 of yogurt mixture into ziplock bag; add chicken breasts, turning to coat. Place chicken in refrigerator and marinate 8 hours or overnight. Reserve remaining marinade in refrigerator to serve with grilled chicken.
- Prepare grill, remove chicken from marinade and cook over medium heat for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
- Serve grilled chicken with reserved yogurt marinade, if desired.
