Turmeric-Ginger Tahini Dip

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Optional garnish: chili paste, chopped basil, or parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Top with optional garnishes and serve with cut veggies or pita chips. (Also makes a great salad dressing)
