  • 1 pound peppered turkey breast, shaved
  • 1 avocado, sliced thin
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 6 whole wheat tortillas
  • 3/4 cup Ken’s Light Honey Mustard Dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoon of dressing. Layer each tortilla evenly with avocado, bacon, lettuce and turkey.
  2. Fold edges of tortillas over layers and roll tightly.
  3. Slice tortillas in quarters and serve with extra dressing, if desired.
