Spicy Tuna Stuffed Grilled Avocados

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe fresh avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 (6 oz) can Albacore tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees F).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, relish, mayonnaise, Sriracha and lemon juice. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Lightly brush avocados with lime juice and olive oil. Place avocados on the grill, cut side down. Grill for 3-5 minutes, until grill lines form.
  4. Remove from grill, stuff with tuna mixture and serve.
