Spicy Cabbage Rolls

INGREDIENTS
- 1 large head green cabbage
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup each finely chopped onion, green pepper & celery
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt & black pepper
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with green chiles
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove 10 large outer leaves of cabbage; reserve remaining cabbage for other uses. Cook leaves in boiling salted water 5 to 8 minutes or just until tender; drain and set aside.
- Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, celery, Worcestershire sauce, cooked rice, salt and pepper. Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
- Fold opposite ends over and place rolls, seam side down, in a 9x13-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage rolls.
- Cover and bake at 350 degree for 1 hour.
