Roasted Ranch Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ lbs yellow potatoes, slice each into 12 wedges
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 ½ Tbsp ranch seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 green onions, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss wedges with oil, seasoning, and salt.
  3. Spread wedges on large parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes or until tender.
  4. Top with green onions.[br][br][b]Air Fryer Method[/b]: Place seasoned wedges in air fryer basket and cook at 400F for 12-15 minutes. Top with green onions.
