  • 4 cups spinach and arugula salad mix
  • 1 fresh pear, sliced
  • ¼ cup feta or bleu cheese
  • 4 tbsp balsamic dressing
  • 6 ounces turkey, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toss salad greens in balsamic dressing
  2. Add turkey, pears and cheese on bed of greens, and serve
