- 4 cups spinach and arugula salad mix
- 1 fresh pear, sliced
- ¼ cup feta or bleu cheese
- 4 tbsp balsamic dressing
- 6 ounces turkey, cooked
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toss salad greens in balsamic dressing
- Add turkey, pears and cheese on bed of greens, and serve
