PB & J Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup Mootopia or Fairlife skim milk
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Drizzle of honey
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup raspberries or strawberries, mashed with fork, or 1 tablespoon low-sugar jelly
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small jar, add milk, oats, chia seeds, honey and salt. Cover with lid and gently shake to combine ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, mix in mashed raspberries/strawberries or jelly and peanut butter. Enjoy!
