Orange-glazed Spiral Ham

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 pound) fully cooked, spiral-cut ham
- 8 ounces orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line heavy roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil (large enough to cover ham) and bring foil up around sides of ham.
- To prepare glaze, place orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, brown sugar, orange zest and orange juice in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Pour glaze over ham; fold and seal foil around ham. Bake for 1 ½ hours; remove ham from oven and open foil. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Cook additional 20 minutes or until glaze is well-browned and bubbly.
