Orange-Basil Grilled Salmon

INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoon grated orange rind
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 6 (5oz) salmon fillets
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow dish or heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag; add salmon. Cover or seal; chill 2 hours.
- Remove salmon from marinade and discard plastic bag. Brush grill with oil and place salmon skin side up over medium hot coals. Cover with grill lid and cook about 7-8 minutes; turn and continue cooking an additional 3-4 minutes with skin side down to desired degree of doneness.
- Remove from grill and serve.
