Garlic Parmesan Edamame

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (12 oz) package frozen edamame
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Defrost edamame per package directions.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together all other ingredients. Then add defrosted edamame to coat.
  4. Spread coated edamame evenly on prepared cookie sheet and bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring half way through.
  5. Broil the last 1-2 minutes for extra crunch!
