INGREDIENTS

  • 18 ounce pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Slice ‘n Bake Cookies
  • 8 ounce pkg. low fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 jar apple jelly

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut cookie dough into slices 1/8 inch thick. Line 14 inch pizza pan with cookie slices, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
  3. Spread mixture over cookie crust.
  4. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.
  5. Heat 1/2 jar apple jelly and pour over top. Chill.
