Fruit Pizza

INGREDIENTS
- 18 ounce pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Slice ‘n Bake Cookies
- 8 ounce pkg. low fat cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sliced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 jar apple jelly
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut cookie dough into slices 1/8 inch thick. Line 14 inch pizza pan with cookie slices, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool.
- Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
- Spread mixture over cookie crust.
- Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.
- Heat 1/2 jar apple jelly and pour over top. Chill.
