Fresh Green Beans with New Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- ½ medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup small new potatoes, quartered
- 3 cups fresh green beans, snapped
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, fresh cracked black pepper and sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- In large Dutch oven, heat olive oil over low heat. Add onion and cook until translucent.
- Add potatoes and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add green beans and seasonings. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Additional water may be added as needed.
