Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Vanilla Yogurt

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 orange, sectioned (reserve juice)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in half
  • 2 cups seedless grapes, halved

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine reserved juice with banana slices.
  3. Add berries and grapes. Gently mix the fruit together.
  4. Spoon the fruit into individual serving bowls. Top with yogurt and serve.
