Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
- 6 (1/2- inch) center cut pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup fat free half ‘n half
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sprinkle pork chops evenly with salt and pepper.
- Cook pork chops in hot oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- Add orange juice and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Transfer chops to a serving platter. Reserve reduced orange juice mixture in skillet. Add fat free half ‘n half. Heat over low until just heated through – do not boil. Pour over pork chops and serve.
