INGREDIENTS
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup dry rolled oats
- ⅓ cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, mash banana and stir in oats, Greek Yogurt and water. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and serve with chopped walnuts and blueberries.
