Bruschetta Orzo Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup dry orzo pasta
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook orzo according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
