INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup unsweetened soymilk (or milk of your choice)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend frozen berries, banana, and soymilk until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings such as plain Greek yogurt, high-protein granola, cottage or ricotta cheese, mixed nuts, and/or shredded coconut. (Note: nutrition information does not include toppings)
