Baked Salmon w/Goat Cheese & Toasted Pecans

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into four even pieces
  • 1 (4 oz) package goat cheese with basil and garlic
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In shallow baking pan, place salmon pieces skin side down.
  3. Spread cheese over top of salmon; press pecans into cheese.
  4. Bake salmon for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish just begins to flake.
