Asian Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup lite soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 (1¼ pound) flank steak, trimmed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In 13x9-inch baking dish, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice, cilantro and ginger.
  2. Add steak and turn to coat. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature or cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Drain marinade into small saucepan and bring to boil. Grill steak about 5 to 7 minutes per side to desired degree of doneness.
  4. Transfer steak to platter and let stand for 10 minutes to rest. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Serve with marinade, if desired.
