Holiday Chocolate Bark

INGREDIENTS
- 2 c dark chocolate chips (50%-70% cacao)
- 1 c white chocolate chips
- ½ t peppermint extract, divided
- 1 T chopped almonds
- 1 T dried cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line 8 ½ x 12in baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate chips in two separate microwave-safe containers. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue until completely melted or about 1 ½ minutes total.
- Once melted, stir ¼ tsp peppermint extract into each chocolate mixture.
- Immediately spread dark chocolate in an even layer on baking sheet. Spread white chocolate layer top. Using a skewer, swirl the white chocolate through the dark.
- Sprinkle chocolate with almonds and cranberries. Press lightly into chocolate.
- Chill until firm. Break into 1 x 2in pieces to serve.
