INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ lbs yellow potatoes, slice each into 12 wedges
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp ranch seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 green onions, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss wedges with oil, seasoning, and salt.
- Spread wedges on large parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes or until tender.
- Top with green onions.[br][br][b]Air Fryer Method[/b]: Place seasoned wedges in air fryer basket and cook at 400F for 12-15 minutes. Top with green onions.
