- 1 salad kit of choice
- 1 10oz. can chicken breast
- 1 15.5oz. can garbanzo beans
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare salad kit.
- Add canned chicken and beans.
- Stir to mix and enjoy!
NOTES
This recipe uses HEB's Cracked Pepper Ceasar Chopped Salad Kit, HEB's Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, and HEB's canned Garbanzo Beans.[br][br]To reduce sodium content, use no salt added beans and low-sodium canned chicken breast. Using both reduces the sodium to 600mg per serving. Using only low sodium beans reduces to 800mg and using only low-sodium chicken breast reduces to 1,300mg.
