Cranberry Apple Crisp

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups sliced peeled apples
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon flour[br][br]
- [b]Topping:[/b][br][br]
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 5 tablespoons cold butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- In large bowl, combine apples, cranberries and lemon juice. In a small bowl toss together sugar, salt and flour. Toss to coat. Pour mixture into 11x7-inch baking dish; set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients for topping. Cut in cold butter with pastry cutter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle mixture over apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until fruit is tender.
