Garlic Parmesan Edamame

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 oz) package frozen edamame
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Defrost edamame per package directions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all other ingredients. Then add defrosted edamame to coat.
- Spread coated edamame evenly on prepared cookie sheet and bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring half way through.
- Broil the last 1-2 minutes for extra crunch!
