INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Old fashion oats
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup Unflavored protein powder
- 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix first three ingredients together in a large bowl. Add additional ingredients and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll into individual bites. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
