INGREDIENTS
- 1 Apple
- 1/4 cup Granola
- 2 Tbsp Nut/Seed butter
- Optional: 1/8 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut apple into 8 wedges, discarding the core. Pat slices dry with a paper towel. Spread nut/seed butter on one side of each wedge. Pro Tip: Use a pastry bag to simplify this step
- Spread granola in a shallow dish and press wedges, nut/seed butter side down, into granola.
- Optional: Melt chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl for 90 to 120 seconds. Drizzle melted chocolate over wedges.
