  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional garnish: chili paste, chopped basil, or parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
  2. Top with optional garnishes and serve with cut veggies or pita chips. (Also makes a great salad dressing)
