PB & J Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup Mootopia or Fairlife skim milk
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup raspberries or strawberries, mashed with fork, or 1 tablespoon low-sugar jelly
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small jar, add milk, oats, chia seeds, honey and salt. Cover with lid and gently shake to combine ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, mix in mashed raspberries/strawberries or jelly and peanut butter. Enjoy!
