Avocado Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS
- 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved length-wise
- 1 Haas avocado, peeled and cored
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & black pepper
- Cayenne pepper, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Scoop egg yolks into a bowl; add avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce, green onions, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper. Mash egg yolk mixture until filling is evenly combined.
- Spoon filling into a piping bag or plastic bag with a snipped corner. Pipe filling into each egg white. Top with a dash of cayenne. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
