Chilled Banana-Berry Oatmeal
Breakfast
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup dry rolled oats
- 1/3 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, mash banana and stir in oats, Greek Yogurt and water. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and serve with chopped walnuts and blueberries.
