Confetti Broccoli Salad

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- 4 slices center cut bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- 3 cup broccoli flowerets
- ½ cup red bell pepper
- ½ cup grated carrots
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ canola oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- In large bowl, combine dried cranberries, almonds, bacon crumbles, green onions, broccoli, red bell pepper, and carrots; set aside.
- In small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar and canola oil.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and stir. Place in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to marinate.
