Turkey Avocado Pinwheels
Appetizer/Snack
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound peppered turkey breast, shaved
- 1 avocado, sliced thin
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
- 6 whole wheat tortillas
- 3/4 cup Ken’s Light Honey Mustard Dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoon of dressing. Layer each tortilla evenly with avocado, bacon, lettuce and turkey.
- Fold edges of tortillas over layers and roll tightly.
- Slice tortillas in quarters and serve with extra dressing, if desired.
