Green Chili Mexicorn Dip
Appetizer/Snack
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (15 oz) can sweet yellow & white corn
- 1 (10.75 oz) canned corn with red and green peppers (Mexicorn)
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- Cayenne pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle wth cayenne pepper (if desired).
- Serve with low-fat chips or crackers.
