Fresh Blueberry Peach Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 2 cups fresh peach slices
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour butter into 2 1/2 qt. baking dish; set aside.
  2. Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and baking powder; add milk and stir until blended. Spoon over butter in baking dish; do not stir!
  3. Layer with fresh peaches, blueberries over batter and sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup sugar.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
