Cranberry Blondies

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 X 13 inch pan; set aside.
- In large bowl combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add flour mixture to oil mixture. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
- Place batter in pan. Bake 25-35 minutes. Cool before slicing.
