Asian Beef Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 (12oz) bag salad mix
- 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup red pepper strips
- 1/3 cup light Asian vinaigrette
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate beef in 1/4 cup lime juice for 15 minutes in refrigerator. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Prepare grill. Place steak on grill; cook on each side for 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Cut steak across grain into very thin 2 inch slices.
- Combine steak, lettuce, sprouts, and bell pepper in a large bowl; toss well. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat.
