Barbequed Salmon Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Chipotle BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup prepared coleslaw
  • 4 (5 oz.) salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick’s Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 4 hot dog buns, preferably egg or brioche-style buns, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Light grill.
  2. Sprinkle salmon fillets with steak seasoning. Brush each fillet with 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce. Brush grate with olive oil. Place salmon top side down and grill over medium heat for 5 minutes. Gently turn fillets and cook additional 5 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
  3. Remove fillets from grill, leaving skin on grate. Place each piece of salmon on bun top with coleslaw and drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.
