Barbequed Salmon Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Chipotle BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup prepared coleslaw
- 4 (5 oz.) salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon McCormick’s Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 4 hot dog buns, preferably egg or brioche-style buns, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- Light grill.
- Sprinkle salmon fillets with steak seasoning. Brush each fillet with 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce. Brush grate with olive oil. Place salmon top side down and grill over medium heat for 5 minutes. Gently turn fillets and cook additional 5 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
- Remove fillets from grill, leaving skin on grate. Place each piece of salmon on bun top with coleslaw and drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.
