Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions outlined below constitute the purchasing agreement between KBK and our customers.


  • All items purchased are invoiced at the time of order by KBK; this includes freight and other applicable fees


  • Vendor in-stock and/or drop-shipped orders require payment in full at the time of purchase
  • Vendor back orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery
  • All furniture, rug, and hardware orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order
  • Customers with extended credit terms must pay an invoice as it becomes due
  • Make all checks payable to KBK
  • Returned check fee is $35.00
  • Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month

In the event of default, the customer agrees to pay KBK costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees. The venue for any legal action will be Bexar County, Texas, the city of San Antonio.


  • Sales orders cannot be canceled or modified, UNLESS APPROVED BY the SUPPLIER. Once the supplier approval is determined, KBK will notify the customer and proceed accordingly.


  • Merchandise does not carry a warranty and may not be returned or exchanged
  • No checkout on approval
  • Invoice must be paid in full at time of purchase


  • Only unopened bolts can be returned
  • Cut fabrics cannot be returned (NOTIFY FABRICATOR)
  • Suppliers have a minimum of wallcovering, fabrics, or trim that can be returned
  • Approved returns will incur a 35% restocking charge and return freight


  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice
  • Accessories purchased from the showroom floor must be returned within 72 hours from the date of invoice. After 72 hours, the sale is considered final. 
  • Returned accessories must be undamaged and in their original condition
  • KBK will inspect all returns before authorizing a refund
  • Credit refunds will be issued in the same payment method as purchased.
  • 48 hours, on approval checkout, is available for rugs and furniture with an approved policies and procedures agreement
  • Pickup and delivery fees will be applied
  • “AS IS and FINAL SALE” merchandise does not carry a warranty and may not be returned or exchanged


  • Only orders placed by KBK will be received, inspected, stored, and delivered by KBK
  • The KBK warehouse will notify the customer when items are received
  • KBK recommends customers complete their own inspections before picking up or delivery
  • Delivery damages must be reported immediately to KBK
  • Defective merchandise is the responsibility of the supplier
  • Damages associated with freight carrier shipments are the responsibility of the freight carrier
  • KBK will facilitate claim resolution; however, the claim or credit must be accepted by the carrier and/or vendor before a repair or replacement is approved
  • KBK is not responsible for lost or stolen drop shipped orders. KBK will work with the carrier to provide information

Important Reminders

  • Customer’s own material (COM) fabric not purchased through KBK is the customer’s sole responsibility. The customer must monitor these orders for timely and accurate delivery
  • Any additional COM fabric that may be required is at the customer’s expense
  • All clerical errors are subject to correction
  • KBK will monitor the supplier’s production schedules and provide updates on estimated completion dates
  • KBK is not responsible for the supplier or freight carrier delays
  • KBK reserves the right to charge for storage after 60 days from KBK warehouse receipt
  • KBK is not responsible for labor, fabrication, or installation costs (final inspection and approval before installation is the responsibility of the customer)
